MPI Connect_790 - Copy Are you a professional meeting planner with primary responsibility for planning and booking meeting destinations and services in and around the Southeast?  Are you interested in meeting numerous vendors in a quick and fun atmosphere?  If so, CONNECT is the event for you.  The event will include three educational sessions that are approved for CIC credit on timely industry topics.  Planners and suppliers will participate in a quick “Meet and Greet” in the speed dating appointments.  Appointments will be 3 – 5 minutes, and attendees last year found this to be one of their favorite parts of the event.  Come prepared with your business cards and knowledge of your events to get the most benefit from this experience.

  • Full Day - Includes marketplace appointments for face-to-face time with qualified suppliers, 3 educational sessions, and lunch

MPI Connect_790 - Copy Are you interested in connecting with meeting planners face-to-face in a quick and fun atmosphere?  Instead of making small talk at a booth, we’re giving you the opportunity to get right to business in our speed dating appointments.  Show ROI to your employer through this business exchange opportunity as you will meet at least 10 meeting planners and receive meeting planner profiles for all registered meeting planners prior to the event so you will be able to prepare for your appointments.  Plan to bring your business cards and a one-page flyer or promotional item to share with the planners.  Note that you will be rotating to visit the planners, so you’ll want to only bring what you can transport around to your appointments.
