It’s time to roll the dice… for prizes, new business opportunities, friendships and more!

This is an opportunity to showcase your new products, services, special event and hotel venues.  Advertise renovations and discuss industry trends to all those planning special events including weddings. Experience all the value of meeting decision making clients at this fun, themed event.

We will be hosting a fun interactive casino night.  Meet new business contacts while collection your poker chips to roll the dice and win big!  Win both prices and new contacts during this fun event. Each vendor will have poker chips to give out as you visit the booths.  Take your chips to the tables to win big with prizes while you enjoy great food and beverages.

It’s a Party with a Purpose… MPI’s Annual Vendor Fair gives you an opportunity to get involved and do a month’s worth of business in one afternoon.  Mark August 17 on your calendar as a time to get together in a casual setting willed with networking opportunities.  This is a wonderful medium for vendors and planners alike to get that extra face-to-face time that’s always needed and asked for.

Be Seen… and explore this valuable opportunity to showcase your products and services.

 ATTENDEE INFORMATION

Non-exhibiting attendees should register at the link above.  Registration fee is offered at a discounted rate (only $20!) for this premier event.

Exhibitors and Sponsors should complete the registration information and retun the completed document to Scarlett Coffman at the address provided on the form.

• You must be 21 years or older to be admitted into the vendor fair
• Fees include free food and a drink for all attendees and vendors

EXHIBITOR /SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

To showcase your company and services, complete the Vendor Registration Form and Agreement and return it with your check or credit card for payment no later than August 12. Forms should be returned to Scarlett Coffman at the address included on the form.  Vendor Packages: $150/$250/$350

There is no better way to receive extra exposure for your destination, property, product or service than through sponsorship.  The MPI:TN audience is made up of qualified meeting planners who are specially targeted – creating a reliable rate of return on your investment.

PRIZE INFORMATION

Attendees will receive “Bingo” sheets in their registration packets that will encourage them to visit each vendor, as well as collect poker chips.  There will be a “Bingo Box” in the hall.  During the evening, drawings will take place for door prizes donated by participating vendors.  The grand prize(s) will be done vial Chinese drawing based on tickets purchased with attendee poker chips.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROJECT - The Pencil Foundation’s LP Pencil Box. www.pencilfoundation.org 

Bring any type of school supplies to drop off for The Pencil Foundation.  The Pencil Foundation helps link community resources with Nashville Public Schools to help young people achieve academic success and prepare for life. The LP Pencil Box is a free school supply store for educators that provides learning materials for impoverished students in Metro Nashville Public Schools.
